Delaney Green’s historical fantasy novels feature Jem Connolly, an 18th century girl who works with a London physician, studies with Benjamin Franklin, and simmers with inherited magic. Green’s short fiction has been anthologized in Bouchercon 2014: Murder at the Beach; Passages: Best of NewMyths; Black Dandy (2019); and Barstow & Grand. Green has worked as a reporter, a copy editor, a professional actress, a Broadway theater concessions manager, a high school English teacher, an adjunct professor, and a farm laborer. She lives in the American Midwest with three cats, one dog, and snow.
